This is a mixture of Corticosteroid (Drug name: Kenalog or Depomedrone) and normally an anaesthetic (Drug name: 1% Lidocaine or 0.25% Bupivacaine).

This is a high-volume injection similar to injection above (but higher volumes) that may also include saline, designed to inflate / separate / reduce adhesions or neovascularity (inflammation), e.g in frozen shoulders.

Injections designed to remove (or aspirate) swelling and fluid, or remove calcific deposits.

Supplement injection for joints that may be helpful in some people for early osteoarthritis.
